If you find a house you like, simple fill in the dates you are interested in, and I will get back to you immediately with the availability and request a deposit. Once we have received your deposit, we will send you a Rental Agreement on the home and you can start planning your get away. VIEW OUR MONTHLY VACATION RENTALS NoticeThe Monroe County Board of Commissioners has voted to disallow short-term rentals in most, but not all residential neighborhoods. This means that we are no longer allowed to rent these homes on a weekly basis and can only rent for periods of 28 days or more.

Please note that each property can have three rental prices.
